Future Goals
The primary expected outcomes of our co-operative development would be that we will have devised a method of working together that will revolutionize social service delivery in the Shuswap by:
- Closing gaps and opening opportunities.
- Creating a better system for addressing program overlaps or gaps.
- Sharing information and finances, space and staff.
- Creating systemic efficiencies that will cut costs.
- Sharing human resources.
- Collectively play a larger role in advocating for services and supports on behalf of our communities due to our increased ability to speak with a louder voice about area concerns.
